The Company was founded in 2017 by Shamila Campbell, who was practising as a Senior Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal, specialising in Conventional and Commercial property transfers, bond cancellations and mortgage bonds for all major South African Banks, in the industry for over 30 years, working for large corporate law firms in South Africa and Africa.
Convexx Pty Ltd is a Female only run business and is B-BBEE Level 1 Status (100% Black Female Ownership) and based in Gauteng and Cape Town. Shamila is also a Full Status Professional Practitioner in Real Estate (“PPRE”).
